GTO – Ages 8-12

Karate Manitoba’s cutting edge training program for 8-12 year olds!

On the heels of the CS4L (Canadian Sports for Life) and LTAD (Long Term Athlete Development) models implemented by Sport Canada, Karate Manitoba is pleased to announce our new G.T.O. training program for the up and coming young athlete.

This program mirrors our Provincial Team Training program and exposes the young athlete to competitive training as they move through the ‘Train to Train’ and ‘Train to Compete’ stages of elite training and development.

Participants of this program will attend monthly training sessions with the provincial team and focus on a triad of fitness, competitive and skill development as supervised by the Provincial Team Staff. G.T.O. is THE premier program in the province for any young karate-ka that would like to enhance their training and take their fitness and skill levels to the next level.
