Mandate
To oversee the development, communication and implementation of LTAD programs, including Karate Manitoba’s High Performance Elite Training for elite athletes of any style karate, aimed at developing national and international level athletes under the Karate Canada and WKF (World Karate Federation) guidelines, and to optimize all aspects of opportunity and support for high level recruitment and performance training in Manitoba karate.
