About Allen Tanzadeh

Allen Tanzadeh (7th Dan, Renshi from All Japan Karate Federation, Shitokai as well as World Shitoryu Karate Federation) began his karate training in 1972. Since then, his lifetime passion for karate has enabled him to distinguish himself in numerous ways. As a competitor, he was a member of the Iranian National Team for several years. As a coach, he has been Junior National Team Coach and head of the Coaching Committee in Iran. As a technician, he was a member of Technical Committee in All Iran Karate Do Federation and Technical Advisor with Asia Pacific Shitoryu Karate Do Federation (APSKF), currently he is acting as the Founder & Technical Director of Shitoryu Karate Canada as well as Secretary General of Pan-American Shitoryu Karate Federation (PSKF).

Most recently, he received the coveted Distinguished Service Award from the World Shitoryu Karate Do Federation at the 6th World Shitoryu Karate Do Federation (WSKF) World Congress in China in 2009.

He is an official examiner of the world Shitoryu karate Do Federation as well as Standing Director of World Shitoryu Karate Federation (WSKF). As a referee, he currently holds a Kumite Referee B & Kata Judge A license from the World Karate Federation (WKF).

Sensei Tanzadeh continues to shape the world of karate in his roles as a member of Karate Canada National Dan Examiner Panel.
